Description
This option includes an urgent care provider evaluation for patients experiencing symptoms of conjunctivitis (pink eye). Depending on clinical findings, treatment may be considered for bacterial, viral, or allergic causes. A licensed provider reviews the patient’s medical history, eye symptoms, and questionnaire responses to determine whether treatment may be appropriate. If approved, medication is prescribed in accordance with clinical guidelines. Treatment is not guaranteed and is subject to provider discretion.
