Shipping Policy for Peloric Health

This Shipping Policy outlines the terms under which medications prescribed through the Peloric Health platform are processed, fulfilled, and delivered to patients. Peloric Health partners with licensed pharmacies to ensure timely and secure delivery of medications to patients across eligible service areas.

 
1. Prescription Processing and Fulfillment

Once a consultation is completed and a prescription is approved by a licensed provider, the prescription is transmitted to one of our affiliated pharmacies for fulfillment. Processing typically begins within one (1) to two (2) business days following prescription approval. In some cases, additional verification may be required, which may extend processing time.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Medications are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or comparable tracked shipping services. Once shipped, orders generally arrive within three (3) to five (5) business days. Shipping timelines may vary based on factors such as pharmacy processing time, patient location, carrier operations, and inclement weather.

While Peloric Health and its partner pharmacies strive to fulfill and deliver orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

 
3. Shipping Areas

Peloric Health currently serves patients in select states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. If an order is placed from or for delivery to a location outside of our licensed service areas, the order will not be processed, and a refund will be issued where appropriate.

 
4. Shipping Fees

All shipping costs are included in the total price of the treatment unless otherwise noted. No additional shipping charges will apply at checkout unless explicitly stated.

 
5. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your medication has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and estimated delivery date. If you do not receive tracking information within five (5) business days of prescription approval, please contact support@pelorichealth.com.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within fourteen (14) business days of fulfillment and no updated tracking information is available, please contact our support team. Upon confirmation of a lost package, we will work with the pharmacy and shipping carrier to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

 

7. Prescription Changes and Cancellations

Once a prescription has been processed and the pharmacy has initiated fulfillment, changes or cancellations are not permitted. If you believe there has been an error in your order, please contact support immediately so we can address the issue prior to shipment, if possible.

 

8. Policy Updates

Peloric Health reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on our website and apply prospectively to orders placed after the effective date of the revised policy.
